- With the weather being what it's been lots of people ask me why I continue to
- ride in the rain. The usual questions and concerns about comfort and safety
- are raised. I mention good rain gear and no, traffic has never been a
- problem, just stay out of the places where large puddles are likely to form.

- A question, though, came to mind. Is it possible that visibility is bad
- enough to force drivers to really pay attention to traffic -- even *seeing*
- those of us on two wheels? Could it be *safer* in the rain? I wont count
- the first and second rain of the season, though. Those days seem to bring
- out more crazies that a month of full moons.
