  18. I vote for Beau Sejour in Los Altos.  Quiet, elegant, gracious, and
  19. imaginative without being outre'.  The food is better at Le Mouton
  20. Noir in Saratoga, but it's a bit more casual and noisier.  My husband
  21. and I have had very romantic dinners at both, though.
