I know San Francisco is known for its places to go for dinner, but where
are some great places to go if you want Breakfast?  The only great places I
know of where you get hearty delicious meals have been in the Berkeley area
(ie: Fat Apples & West Side Bakery and Cafe).  Now that I am in San
Francisco I am hoping that there are some places just like that here too!
Do you know of any great places like these in SF?
