  20. Why, thank you.  I don't remember exact prices, but I think entrees were
  21. in the $15-25 range and appetizers around $5.00.  We didn't have wine,
  22. so you'll have to get that elsewhere.

  26. P.S. What does a glass of good port cost in a reasonable French restaurant?
  27.      Last year, I was at a *very* expensive *very* fancy restaurant  
  28.      overlooking the *ocean* in *Maui*.  However, I was eating at 
  29.      my wife's employer's expense :-).  I had a glass of port that,
  30.      in combination with the Kona coffee, chocolate torte, and sunset,
  31.      almost brought tears to my eyes.  However, it cost *somebody*
  32.      $45.
