  14. I missed the start of this thread and I don't know the East Bay
  15. that well but I do know of one breakfast place that I like.

  17. The Buttercup in Oakland on College has consistently been good
  18. for their scones and something called Huevos Kathmandu.  If
  19. you imagine a normal Huevos Rancheros but substitute chutney
  20. and mildly curry spiced beans for the Mexican beans and salsa
  21. you're pretty close.
