  26. DO YOUR OWN DANCE is self-improvisational dance - usually by yourself.
  27. No experience is necessary, and everyone is invited to freely move to 
  28. a variety of mostly upbeat rhythms, beats and live drumming.

  30. As an alternative to clubs, or other social scenes, DYOD provides
  31. a grounded safe place where you can take off your shoes, and simply
  32. by listening to the music, explore and expand your own natural creative
  33. expression.

  35. A deeper awareness and opening to relationships can be accessed as each
  36. of us shares a sense of relaxed community, exuberant energy, mutual
  37. respect, and fun.
