  18. IMHO the best EBS test I've heard is the one KGO was using that had
  19. a russian lady reading the test message.  She was in a ballet troupe
  20. or something that was visiting San Francisco and was a guest on a
  21. talk show and they persuaded her to record the test message.  I wonder
  22. if they got her to record the *real* message.  It would be something to
  23. hear about an incoming nuclear attack from a russian!
