- IMHO the best EBS test I've heard is the one KGO was using that had
- a russian lady reading the test message. She was in a ballet troupe
- or something that was visiting San Francisco and was a guest on a
- talk show and they persuaded her to record the test message. I wonder
- if they got her to record the *real* message. It would be something to
- hear about an incoming nuclear attack from a russian!
