- OK, I can't take this any longer... Obviously, the KJCC incident may
- have had something to do with this latest noncomm inspection blitz. The
- idea immediately occurred to me after Eric W. at KFJC and others indicated
- that the FCC had suddenly taken an interest in our local noncomms.

- This seems to be a pattern. When our local EBS outlet got flaky some
- time back, the FCC fined them but then sent someone around to check
- everyone else's EBS compliance shortly thereafter.
