  21. OK, I can't take this any longer...  Obviously, the KJCC incident may
  22. have had something to do with this latest noncomm inspection blitz. The
  23. idea immediately occurred to me after Eric W. at KFJC and others indicated
  24. that the FCC had suddenly taken an interest in our local noncomms.

  26. This seems to be a pattern.  When our local EBS outlet got flaky some
  27. time back,  the FCC fined them but then sent someone around to check
  28. everyone else's EBS compliance shortly thereafter.
