  21. Those are Amateur regs not cb regs. The cb packet network isn't meant to be a
  22. defacto Ham network and as such the Amateur regulations have no applicability
  23. as the whole idea is to have a much less rigid and less narrow medium.

  25. Hence, restrictions such as no political material etc should not be apllicable.
  26. Material transmitted would be similar in content to that on current bulletin
  27. boards.
