- Shopping for Australian products in supermarkets is difficult, especially
- when 'Australian Supermarket' have their own product lines which in the vast
- majority of cases contain imported products. This is an area where we need
- easier labelling laws. Perhaps we could have labels that say
- "FOREIGN COMPANY" and/or "FOREIGN PRODUCT" when there is less than 51%
- Australian involvement. Fortunately I don't have much of a problem in this
- area because I buy the majority of my 'supermarket' products from a 100%
- Australian company using Australian materials. And they mail it to me so
- I don't waste time standing in checkout queues before I can eat.
