- The First Annual PHIGS Users Group conference is the premiere open forum on
- issues related to PHIGS. The conference is an excellent meeting point for
- PHIGS users, application developers, researchers, students, vendors of
- PHIGS-related products and management personnel concerned with graphics
- products and use of graphics standards.

- The purpose of the conference is to aid/encourage the development of PHIGS
- graphics application software, educate software developers in the use and
- availability of PHIGS, provide user feedback to PHIGS implementors and PHIGS
- standards bodies, and provide a means for PHIGS users to share experience and
