- Excuse me if I'm being thick, but I'm uncertain about the initial startup
- of Austek.

- I thought that Austek was started up in Australia, and that its sales
- office (which obviously needed US support) was in the US. If so, it seems
- (from your description of events) that the "sales office" eventually
- took over the running of things completely.
