  27. The Canadian version of a "choke'n'puke" is a "gag'n'puke", at least in my
  28. experience. We also refer to a small, dirty restaurant as a "Greasy Spoon",
  29. although originally, in the 1930's, this term was reserved for Railroad
  30. eating-houses.
