  21. Start checking those used record bins and shady music store/head shops.
  22. There's a used bookstore here in Duluth that has TONS of promos for sale, all
  23. stamped 'not for sale' etc.

  25. And at the local head shop, I bought an album once which turned out to be a
  26. few songs interspersed with 1-5 min. messages from the band. (Wild Swans).
  27. This also was stamped 'promo only', or something like that.
