  14. Finally, we are starting to get some information about the syndication
  15. future of NX.

  17. According to the 1/28/93 San Francisco Chronicle, over at the NATPE
  18. convension going on as we speak over in the Moscone Center (in San
  19. Francisco), MCA-TV (Distributers of NX, parent company of Universal)
  20. claimed Tuesday "the most active day in terms of sales we've closed, and
  21. the highest in six years."

  23. Specifically, KPIX ch. 5 of San Francisco, infamous for losing tons of
  24. money with the purchase of the "Cosby Show," signed a two-year deal for
  25. NX episodes.  KPIX, a CBS affiliate, will start airing the syndie
  26. episodes of NX in September of 1994, right after the David Letterman
  27. show.  The move to put NX late night seems to make sense since the
  28. demographics for NX (white, male, 25-49) are similar to those of David
  29. Letterman.
