  17. I don't know what Henson wanted, but I do remember a muppet court case soon 
  18. after he died. 
  19. It seems that the deal was set to go through, almost. JHP was already renting
  20. space in the Disney Florida lot, but Disney rents a lot of their studio space
  21. out. When Henson died, Disney went along with promotion of Muppet happenings
  22. in DisneyWorld and Disney Land. JHP, and presumably Brian Henson, took them to
  23. court over it all, saying that the deals had not yet been signed, and it didn't
  24. matter what Disney wanted or expected, they had better wait until the deals
  25. were completed. 
  26. In the end Disney settled and signed JHP, but it was touchy for a while there.
