  11. According to the Muppet Christmas Carol fan magazine, now available at a 
  12. grocery store near you, "Micklewhite" (or something like that -- I can't 
  13. remember the spelling) is Michael Caine's real name.  It's shown as the 
  14. name of a store in one of the final Scrooge-is-reformed scenes.

  16. The magazine is pretty neat, by the way.  Interviews with Caine and Brian 
  17. Henson, and "the making of MCC" articles.  Buy one if you can still find it!
