  18. The bdftosnf binary is contained in the XWINDOW product on Intergraph 
  19. Systems Software Disk 1.  It is in the Server Selections, Executables 
  20. menus.  I don't believe the bdftosnf source is available in the XWINDOW 
  21. product..
