  16. Now that Intergraph have placed their .dgn format in the hands of the
  17. public (see MDL manual appendix b), it opens the possibility of
  18. reading/writing these files on non-Intergraph platforms like SGI, HP/Apollo,
  19. IBM RS/6000, etc.

  21. Does anyone know of any publically available source code to support this?
  22. I'm thinking of something like the functionality of the old MicroCSL
  23. library.
