  27. Your not critizing Ron Jon's are you?  I consider it my Mecca. :-)

  29. When I was in Cocoa Beach last year, the rental huts I checked out
  30. only had plastic surfboards, but Ron Jon's had a small selection of 
  31. fiberglass boards for rent.  Not much of a selection, but I was able
  32. to rent a board and a wet-suit for about $50 for the week.  (Is that
  33. a good price?)

  53. Glad your wife enjoyed the boogie boarding.  My ex-girlfriend put up with my
  54. surfing, (or attempts there of) but that's about it.  Tanning is the only
  55. activity she cares for on vacations. :-)  But my current girlfriend is keen 
  56. on learning how to surf, and I want to encourage her before she changes her 
  57. mind.  Any suggestions on a good vacaction spot for someone interested
  58. in learning how to surf?  We would have to rent surf boards (or buy some used
  59. ones) and lessons would be helpful.  I was thinking of South Carolina, but I
  60. don't know of any good locations.  For some reason I can't find any 
  61. travel agencies in Canada that know of good surfing locations. :-)
