  12.    I was at a demonstration recently in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The police
  13. rode into the crowd on horses and whipped the crowd on their heads and
  14. shoulders and also the horses stepped on several people, inculding a cop who's
  15. shoulder was dislocated by it ;->.

  17.   Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone here knows of any methods, that won't
  18. hurt the horses (I don't mind if it hurts the cops of course) to scare the
  19. horses back. The horses were already extremely reluctant to enter the crowd
  20. and only pushed in about 15 feet. They were bucking and had to be whipped hard
  21. and constantly to make them go forward.
