  22. Given how the people behind the paper (probably) think, then it seems
  23. unlikely that they would be affected by letters.

  25. A better path might be to alert any human rights or race relations agencies or
  26. organizations in your area about the paper. Canada has hate crime legislation 
  27. which is designed to shut down groups etc. from promoting hatred against an 
  28. identifiable group. Maybe your area has something similar.
