  27. I think this is a very good idea.  I would suggest it be used to handle
  28. both PGP and RIPEM keys.

  30. As long as a key is signed along with Snail mail address and phone numbers,
  31. I don't see this as very weak in security.

  33. A USENET newsgroup is the closest thing we have to a true broadcast medium.
