- I think this is a very good idea. I would suggest it be used to handle
- both PGP and RIPEM keys.

- As long as a key is signed along with Snail mail address and phone numbers,
- I don't see this as very weak in security.

- A USENET newsgroup is the closest thing we have to a true broadcast medium.
