  10. You would think that for a university that made its reputation in Computer
  11. Science the least they could do is to get an up-to-date USENET feed. Not
  12. only the last feed is dated Jan 21, but since the semester began it's
  13. always two or three days *late*. It seems as the tuition cost goes up
  14. the service level goes down. You know, suppose the service is like water
  15. in a kitchen sink, do you suppose all those extra money is used to 
  16. enlarge the drain hole, so that the level of service goes down more 
  17. rapidly?
