- You would think that for a university that made its reputation in Computer
- Science the least they could do is to get an up-to-date USENET feed. Not
- only the last feed is dated Jan 21, but since the semester began it's
- always two or three days *late*. It seems as the tuition cost goes up
- the service level goes down. You know, suppose the service is like water
- in a kitchen sink, do you suppose all those extra money is used to
- enlarge the drain hole, so that the level of service goes down more
- rapidly?
