  37. I can see this subject having its own board.  It is a subject
  38. of great interest to me because I am on the exact opposite end
  39. as you.  I am a black female who is dating a white male.
  40. Unfortunately, the only thing I have read on the subject has
  41. been in magazines.  For instance, one article stated that
  42. interracial dating is less common with a black female and white
  43. male (no surprise, but the percentages were rather low).  Of
  44. course, any of the talk shows will provide the same information
  45. and they alway s have at least a few shows a year with an
  46. interracial theme.

  48. I can't even begin to imagine what it would have been like to
  49. date interracially 30 years ago.  It seems to be difficult
  50. enough for people today.  Reading about those older couples,
  51. however, would probably give me the strength to deal with just about
  52. anything I might face in this day and age.

  54. Why is it that you have dated black women recently?  Is it a
  55. preference or do the women you find yourself interested in just
  56. happen to be black?  I'd be interested to know.
