- Well, things with extrinsic worth (high dollar value, practical, just
- what he needed) are not particularly romantic. I would suggest that you
- want to give him something that is durable, but will remind him of you.
- A souvenir, a memento, a photo, a plaque with a favorite quote, that
- sort of thing. It would be best if it reminds him of a particular time
- with you that he already has fond memories of.

- coming from you he will see it as representing you, not him.
