  20. It isn't the instrument, it's the artist.  Aphex Twin has proved that you
  21. don't need the latest synth to make good music, all you need is talent.  I'm
  22. more impressed by people like U4IA or Urban Shakedown putting out decent stuff
  23. with just a MOD tracker than I am with people who sit and diddle on their
  24. expensive synths and never put out anything of worth.
