- the public and secure option allows you set a flag in each memory channel that
- regulates the modification of the frequencies. secure keeps any frequencies
- that you enter through the computer from being modified from the front panel of
- the mr8100. i use it for all my channels, since i have button pushing people
- that ride with me in my vehicle quite often.
