  13.   In deference to the new legislation which, for the first time in the 
  14. United States, will make it illegal to import/manufacture receivers capable 
  15. of receiving specific radio frequencies, I'm in the market for a wide-spectrum
  16. receiver.

  18.   On paper, AOR's 3000 and its derivative upgrade (the 3000A) seem to be along
  19. the lines I am thinking.

  21.   Does anyone have any experience with or opinions of this receiver?
