  12. I live in Des Moines, and am thinking of setting up a pirate FM station.
  13. Question is, how hard does the FCC look for pirate stations? Am I safe if I
  14. don't crossover anybody's broadcast's? And is there a generic setup someone
  15. could recommend for maybe a 1-2 mile radius? Generic meaning cheap and parts
  16. easy to find...
