- It was Westerson Calabrasas' job to hear what was going on in the bar,
- because he was the barkeep. Since the giant of man that had just walked in
- bleeding from a leg wound, wasn't trying too hard to be discreet. It was easy
- to over hear his conversation.
-
- He crossed over to the table the Dwarf and the the giant of a man had sat
- down at. "I couldn't help over hearing you're looking for a job with adventure.
- If your talking about Mr. Briggs, he's already left for then night. He just
- missed the rain too. I could tell you were he lives and you could meet him
- at his house."
-
- The bartender wasn't really being that nice. Mr. Briggs hadn't
- paid him for all the work he had done gathering adventures for him. Even
- though he had sent men with bad reputations, he felt like Mr. Briggs had
- stiff him. This was his way of getting back. He knew Mr. Briggs hated
- unexpected company visiting at night. And the rain was even better yet, this
- would really erk him.
-
- He smiled and continued "Right out front across the stream is the
- General store. Take the fork to your right just after the General store and
- it will lead you straight to his house. He's getting ready to leave in the
- morning so you should probably head on over there now.
