  27. Sorry, but I'm basically on the Jersey Gov'ts side on this one.
  28. They are actually going around on the streets, looking with their
  29. eyes for probable/possible violators FIRST and  THEN checking electronically
  30. for proof of a violation.

  32. The usual/current fashionable approach would have been to download all
  33. information about current addresses for -everybody- living in PA, NY, and
  34. NJ, then comb through the files for possible criminals -- in the process
  35. checking through EVERYONE's file.  Let's hear it for limiting their searches!

  37. Oh yeah, the insurance thing -- while NJ is the most expensive state,
  38. Philadelphia is the most expensive city (with NYC not far behind).
  39. I've heard of people in Phil. registering their cars in NYC to save on
  40. insurance.
