  20.     Guess it depends on how you define a 'household'.  If they live in
  21. a separate room in the same building does that qualify?  Under that
  22. definition, an apartment complex would qualify, since they are separate
  23. rooms in the same building.  If I live in a dorm with a roommate, does
  24. that qualify as a household?  I know of some households that rent out
  25. 1 room, have 1-2 people/room, and have 6-8 rooms!  "Like I'm so
  26. sure" I'm gonna put 12 people down on their form.  If you live in a
  27. commune, do you put down the contents of the entire commune?
