  19. BTW: One scam that is showing up frequently in areas with high white
  20. collar unemployment is the fake job ad. You place an ad designed to
  21. appeal to a recently laid off middle manager. You will receive a deluge
  22. of resumes containing work and salary historys and SSN's for a lot of
  23. folks with excellent credit ratings. You can then apply for credit cards
  24. in these folks names and charge up the wazoo. It has been done.
