  25. I don't have a perfect solution, of course, but there should be a way
  26. to forestall legal trouble. Maybe by having yourself declared legally
  27. responsible for the purpose of having a sexual relationship with somebody.
  28. This might even work -- for instance, in Germany officially you can't drive a
  29. car or conduct your own business until you're 18, but exceptions are
  30. possible. So why not doing the same WRT interpersonal relationships?
