  23. That's wrong. I thought Bill put on a little act when he was informed
  24. of the new projections, but the magnitude of the deficit was not lower
  25. than what Clinton used.  The numbers were just posted a few days ago.
  26. I think there was a $14 billion difference in '93, exploding to a much
  27. wider difference in '96.  Before anyone points out that $14 billion is
  28. not that much difference, we've had that discussion (although you're
  29. welcome to start it again).
