  45. Garrett I hate to break the news to you but you can get government aid 
  46. to attend almost any university int he U.S.  Notre Dame comes to mind so
  47. does Rice University.  Lets give poor and middle-class children a chance
  48. to attend these schools by giving them vouchers to choose the best schools
  49. in their area and not force them into the substandard public school systems.
