  28. Hmmm, strange how ordinary people like you and I would know that two
  29. months during a transition period is too short of a time to prepare
  30. a sweeping economic package for delivery to the hill on day one.  It
  31. just proves how STUPID President Bozo is!  But then again, He said he
  32. had THE PLAN all along during the campaign and also wasted time on
  33. that media circus, the by-invitation-only economic conference.  
  34. He alone PROMISED to have an economic package up on the hill ON DAY
  35. ONE.
