  11. Playing slap and tickle on duty and/or in the barracks doesn't cut
  12. it.  Whether it's hetero or homosexual.  But on liberty, at home or
  13. wherever, what soemone does in the bedroom is his own business.

  15. There are some more pressing problems the military has to face in the
  16. next several years.  The most daunting of these is trying to maintain
  17. a war time stance in  a peace time environment.

  19. Both we and the Soviet Union have done this for 50 years.  The Soviet
  20. Union's economy was destroyed because of it, and I submit the only
  21. reason our's hasn't been is because we have better credit!  After
  22. all, when the currency of the entire world is based on the U. S.
  23. dollar, ther are a lot of people with vested intersts in keeping us
  24. afloat, aren't there?
