  14. Yep, it's another one o' them pesky guys glancing up from his CRT to see if
  15. that one special lady might be looking around also.  (Gee, I bet nobody
  16. could have guessed that, right?  ;))

  18. A little about me: I'm a 26-yr old computer programmer, friendly enough once
  19. I get to know people a little, but shy around the ladies.  I am single
  20. (never married) with a wide variety of interests and hobbies.

  22. I am interested in corresponding with any ladies who might be interested in
  23. exploring friendship with an eye toward a possible closer relationship if
  24. things should happen to work out that way - if you already know that you are
  25. interested ONLY in an electronic pen-pal and have NO desire to explore a
  26. relationship with the right guy if you happen to find him on the net, I ask
  27. that you please pass on this ad - why bother exploring something if you
  28. already know the outcome?

  30. Along those same lines, I have an additional request.  This is not my first
  31. ad, and I have met (and befriended in a SERIOUS way) some absolutely
  32. WONDERFUL ladies through this net - one very special lady is, in many ways,
  33. my closest and dearest friend - she's that special.  BUT... we happen to
  34. live worlds apart, and are destined to never be more than electronic
  35. friends.  And so I ask that you only respond if you are in Michigan (LP) or
  36. within travel distance of there.  I can travel in lower MI, and could
  37. probably make it to northern/central areas of IL, IN, and western OH once in
  38. a while.  You know how far you can travel - if you think that the two of us
  39. could visit each other one way or another if we wanted to, then that's good
  40. enough for me.
