  23. Well, the thing that I have noticed most people need, and I try to
  24. provide it as much as possible when I can is _networking_...  A lot
  25. of solitaries are not with a group because they don't know how/where
  26. to find a group, much less approximately how many others of them are
  27. around.  Definitely keep stocked up on addresses & newsletters of
  28. local pagan groups, and when possible, calendars of upcoming events.
  29. And if you use your store space after hours for various events (as
  30. the magick stores in my area do - they have circles, recovery meetings,
  31. etc., after hours in the store), make sure it's well-posted so that
  32. people who just stop by for a look around will know.  And, I guess,
  33. try to be friendly & encouraging, because newbies to paganism/Wiccan/
  34. WitchCraft/magick tend to be kinda shy & reserved about it at first,
  35. until they finally manage to find each other out there.
