  24. I just tossed Murph and Tiny Toons in there for yucks and the
  25. occasional Quayle cheap shot.  The Bloodworth-Thomases (Linda, and I
  26. forget her husband's name) produced the Clinton puff-piece "The Man
  27. From Hope", and were very much a part of Clinton's campaign.  They are
  28. also the producers of several sitcoms, including "Designing Women,"
  29. "Hearts of Fire," and "Evening Shade."  I've never watched any of them
  30. for more than 15 seconds, as sitcoms make me puke, so I can't say if
  31. they do any advocacy in their shows or not.  However, the premise of
  32. "Hearts of Fire" sounds a bit conservative-bashing to me, and does
  33. anyone think it unreasonable to feel that the fact that Delta Burke is
  34. a staunch Republican may have had something to do with her
  35. unceremonious dumping from "Designing Women" in spite of the popularity
  36. of the character?
