  13. may I remind him that all the neighbours of the
  14. Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia have pledged
  15. to guarantee this republic's borders (12 November).
  16. Hoewever, this republic reacted rather badly against
  17. this proposal. So far for sincerity..
