  10. I found something of intrest that will undoubtedly help my Macedonian
  11. comrades. I found this in the Feb 1923 issue of The National Geographic
  12. Magazine.

  14. In it there is an article entitled "The Battle-Line of Languages in Western
  15. Europe"
  16.  
  17. in the article it states about Thessaloniki :"At its very gates are found
  18. Macedonian peasants whose slavic speech..." (pg 151)
  19.  
  20. Again you will find it in "The National Geographic Magazine" Feb 1923, pg 151.
