  12.   Anyone have source code (or at least information) on formatting non-standard
  13. disk sizes on the PC?  I have code that seems to work on machines slower than
  14. a 486/33 for 10 sectors per track (800K).  I'm wondering if anyone knows how
  15. to do 20 instead of 18 on a high-density disk.  I don't care about setting up
  16. the FAT or any of that; I just need it to be formatted so the BIOS routines
  17. can find all 20 sectors.
