- I was just diagnosed with CFS and am obviously concerned about getting
- good treatment from a doctor. Liz wrote about improving after starting
- "proper treatment." I'd like to know what that treatment plan is. ANyone

- else is invited to share what their doctors have suggested for them, incl.
- drugs, nutrition, work or no work, exercise or no exercise. I am also
- trying to cope with the emotional side of all this...I've been rather
- depressed about the loss of my normal life...some days I don't feel like
- I have a life. I miss hiking and biking etc etc etc. I am trying to adjust
- my attitude and I guess I am not there yet. Any suggestions? Some days I
- feel so angry that I got this disease, some days I feel sorry for myself,
- some days I can get out of myself and it's OK.
