  17.         Its great to hear that there are some "not-so-sick" CFS folks
  18. out there.  My question is this: for those of you who are feeling better, and
  19. have recovered to some degree, how long were you sick before you felt
  20. some significant improvement?  And how well is "not-so-sick"?  What activity
  21. level are you able to maintain?  Can you exercise?  Just thought it would
  22. be inspiring for those of us who are in the worst of it to hear some
  23. stories of improvement... Kate
