  12. lemacs freezes under the following circumstances:
  13.  
  14. running gdb with a breakpoint set.
  15. when the breakpoint is encountered, gdb tries to load the source file,
  16. which was not loaded prior.
  17. The source file was write protected, being under SCCS control.
  18.  
  19. I get the usual "File is write protected" message, and then lemacs freezes,
  20. not accepting either keyboard or mouse input.
  21.  
  22. Note: When finding a write protected file lemacs prints the "File is write
  23. protected" message but does not bring up the file's buffer for display.  If
  24. I redo the find, or just press <return>, the buffer is then displayed.

  26. I am running  lemacs 19.4 on a SPARCstation 2 with SunOS 4.1.1.
