  14. It seems to me, that despite all the disadvantages you poor Americans have 
  15. to undergo, what with presidents and all that, you still have one major 
  16. asset; your freedom of information act. (we get a Major asset; this is not
  17. the same; indeed, he is not an asset).

  21. Is there anywhere in Britain that these books can be bought, or are there
  22. fsp or ftp sites that the information can be downloaded from?
  23. The only thing I have been able to find is the anarchists handbook, but 
  24. that is hardly any good; apart from the fact that most of it is devoted to 
  25. blowing things up, what little there is on lockpicking I already knew from
  26. reading this group or it was just vandalism. This is not what I want.

  28. Alternatively, is there aanything published in Britain that you would advise
  29. for someone who wants to learn? It seems to be an inordinately useful skill 
  30. to me.
