- It seems to me, that despite all the disadvantages you poor Americans have
- to undergo, what with presidents and all that, you still have one major
- asset; your freedom of information act. (we get a Major asset; this is not
- the same; indeed, he is not an asset).

- Is there anywhere in Britain that these books can be bought, or are there
- fsp or ftp sites that the information can be downloaded from?
- The only thing I have been able to find is the anarchists handbook, but
- that is hardly any good; apart from the fact that most of it is devoted to
- blowing things up, what little there is on lockpicking I already knew from
- reading this group or it was just vandalism. This is not what I want.

- for someone who wants to learn? It seems to be an inordinately useful skill
- to me.
