  13. I am using OS/2 from my home computer, connecting to an internet connection at
  14. my local university.  What I am trying to do is download news files to my home
  15. read them offline then respond to certin articles and upload my responses.

  17. What you would see in the BBS world ie. QWK Mail, or BlueWave.

  19. Is there any type of package that I could get that would make this possible.
  20. If not is there any other way of going about this.
